Warranty and Returns Policy

We want everything about purchasing a chair from us to be a "no-brainer". There is no other massage chair retailer/distributor with a warranty or returns policy even close to what Rotai (UK) offers.

• We give you 60 (sixty) days to trial the Rotai Ultimate Dual-Core RT8900 from the invoice date.

• The chair must arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition. We will arrange for the chair to be returned to us.

• We pay for the return shipment on the proviso that you keep the original packaging materials and that it is returned totally undamaged. If you do not keep the shipping packaging, a charge of £120 + VAT will be levied. The packaging is bespoke to Rotai Ultimate and ensures safe shipment.

The RT8900 is supplied with an unconditional 2 years parts and labour warranty when purchased for home use. The very reason we can offer such an extended warranty period is that the RT8900 has been built to long-lasting and exacting standards. We’ve all heard of companies that offer "5-year guarantees" when they've only been trading for a year or two. Our warranty is backed by Rotai UK, part of the Salmon Group of Companies, a family business who have been successfully trading since 1984. We also provide the ability to add an additional 2 years warranty for £1200.

Our warranty for commercial use is 12 months, but we are pleased to offer extended warranties upon application.

We very much advise that you purchase an extended warranty, notwithstanding that the Rotai Ultimate is supplied with unrivalled four-year parts and labour warranty. Repairs are carried out at your home. If the chair needs to be returned to our service department, this will be at our cost, as will the chair return. We offer additional warranties for periods of one year up to three years over and above the standard warranty. We will inform you of the extended warranty costs at the purchase time. As with any purchase with multiple electrical circuits and moving parts, these can, but rarely, fail. We believe buying an extended warranty is always a good idea with an expensive investment, but that's your prerogative.
