  • This fee helps us to cover the costs that we incur from the entire processing of the order, third-party warehouse handling fees, and the cost of the chair being fully inspected internally and externally, thoroughly cleaned and repackaged for sale to another customer at a discounted pre-used price.

  • The total cost of this process is significantly higher than the restocking fee itself.

  • The cost of returning the chair must be met by the original purchaser. Please also note that any refund paid by Rotai UK will be limited to the price paid by the customer. Further, no refunds will be given for any costs we may have charged for the original delivery to the customer's abode.
