Before taking the time and effort to visit one of our showrooms, we want to help you decide beforehand whether our chair is likely to suit your needs. You may decide that perhaps you should consider a good quality chair from one of our many competitors.
Understandably, you may be wondering why, before you've even tested the Rotai Ultimate for yourself, quite why we are seemingly trying to talk ourselves out of a potential sale. The answer is simple. We do not want you to the time and trouble of visiting one of our showrooms and running the risk of a wasted trip. If you had been armed with this information beforehand, you might have decided not to have visited us.
Many massage lovers do not like a deep tissue/sports massage but prefer what is best known as a "Swedish massage". This type of massage is generally identified with gentle strokes that are both relaxing and calming. If this soft/soothing treatment is all you want from a massage chair, then the Rotai Ultimate 8900 is not for you. A healthy majority of potential buyers of robotic massage chairs wish for nothing more than a soft and relaxing massage. Our chair would prove a waste of money.
The Rotai Ultimate can give a gentle massage and a far more therapeutic benefit than any other massage chair being manufactured. However, a simple, gentle massage is just one of the hundreds of treatment options available with our chair. In short, you do not need to make a substantial investment in buying the Rotai Ultimate when you can purchase a substantially cheaper massage chair and get precisely the massage you require.
Unusually, for a massage chair showroom where you can try various chairs, we offer only one chair, the Rotai Ultimate Dual Core 8900. We provide no other choice than colour. In short, we believe that every other massage chair available on the UK market, compared to the Rotai Ultimate, can be described as "entry-level". This is not meant to be a mark of disrespect to the many cheaper alternatives available. The fact is that many "entry-level" massage chairs are more than adequate for the majority of those looking for a simple/gentle massage. Can we be any less biased?
We want those coming to our showrooms to experience something extraordinary. Should you still wish to experience our chair for yourself (and we certainly hope you do!), then you'll be welcomed with open arms (with tea, coffee and biscuits thrown in! ). However, we very much suggest you visit other massage chair retailers before coming to see us.
We want to ensure that every potential purchaser has the opportunity to have a "by appointment" 90-minute one-to-one demonstration to ensure that you get the whole experience the Rotai RT8900 offers before considering its purchase. If 90 minutes is not enough time, where possible, we can extend the slot or simply make another appointment. Further, whilst the Rotai Ultimate generally fits all sizes, from 5ft to 6'.4", we want to ensure that the massage chair is comfortable for your body type. Please also note that the Rotai Ultimate is suitable for those weighing less than 120kg (19 stone/265lbs).
Our staff are not "trained to sell". We rely on you to be your salesperson/s. All we will be doing is demonstrating all of the Rotai 8900 features and answering any questions you will have. Last but certainly not least, we guarantee you up to 90 minutes of a massage on a different planet than any other massage you're likely to try, whether human or robotic.
